It must define a set of specifications that will determine the major phases of the project (budget, business strategy, communication policy, brand identity, delivery).
It must then share the project's web team. This team typically consists of web developers, copywriters and web designers. Note that in small structures, web project manager may be required to support these different functions.
After the team became aware of the project, the project manager has to manage its employees so that the project is consistent with the specifications. It will ensure the various constraints of the project (deadlines met, delivery to the customer).
